"The church with a difference"
Belief history of the church:
The church began on February 05. 2005 in the main hall of New-High tech secondary school Kajjansi with five people,
On 25th February the church moved to a building located at Kawoto Kajjansi Nakigalala road along side Entebbe road where we fellowship from at the moment. We believe that in the near future we shall construct our permanent place of worship.
The purpose of ALCC is to advance God's kingdom by sharing salvation to our community, to equip the people to do the work of the ministry and build together the body of Christ in order to stand and complete in all the will of God.
We want our church to be
- A place where every person has a place to connect
- A place where people establish relationship
- A place to give and receive encouragement, love and care.
Our vision is soul winning and church planting. We present messages of Grace, Hope, Faith, Son Ship and the Spirit led life.

MINISTRIES
We have different ministries in church like....
Music:
ALCC has a number of music ministries that have touched the lives of people in Uganda. i.e
· The hope for Africa children's choir, the life teens, the chain breakers etc
Under the leadership of Florence and Betty the chain breakers have produced quality Christian music which has got a lot of meaning to the body of Christ. The chain breakers gives a vote of thanks to sister Nakyaga Joanita who has played an important role in designing and buying of the choir uniforms.
Youth Ministry:
Under the youth we have the United Youth of Christ club that preaches to the youth mostly in secondary schools. At the moment we are operating at new high tech secondary school. We also organize study tours and youth workshops for the youth within the city and in upcountry sides.
Charity Ministry: -
This is a ministry in church with a major target of helping the needy, orphans, the disabled children and students through sponsoring them in schools in the form of paying school fees. We hope to do so by fundraising. We also welcome churches, organizations, donors, and funders who would like to be a blessing to these groups in terms of finance and material assistance such as old cloths shoes, books etc.
Outreach Ministry: -
We carry out outreaches in different places for example prisons, schools, and hospitals. We also organize home fellowships to reach people at their homes. We also organize crusades in rural and urban areas of East Africa. We also organize occasional outreaches to the pygmies in the western part of the country.

Charity
ALCC has a heart of giving, helping and meeting the needs of the people.
This is done into two:
-
Ssemakula foundation. This foundation was formed in order to help the student who can not pay their school fees and uniforms. It's a blessing to the lives of children in Uganda.

Life saving and credit union. This is a society in church gives out loans and start up capital to its members in order to boast the people's income and their well being.
We also donate tap water to the community where water is a problem. In august 25,2009 we donated one tape water to Maama Babra
Who lives in kawoto B, the water is of great use to her family and the community she sell some of the water and gets money for domestic purpose.
